Surface Texture & Treatment

Sandblasting: This surface treatment method roughens the metal surface by spraying abrasives like sand or emery at high pressure. This process imparts a subtle, smooth texture to the card, enhancing the card's luxurious feel. It creates a matte surface that absorbs rather than reflects light, giving the card a more refined and sophisticated appearance.

Polishing: This processing technique finely polishes a surface to create a smooth, glossy finish. By removing fine scratches, flaws, and roughness from the surface, it imparts a mirror-like luster and enhances the aesthetic value of the product.

By increasing surface smoothness, it reduces friction and improves corrosion resistance.

Spin Hairline: It is a unique surface processing technology that creates a circular pattern on a metal surface. A rotating abrasive tool is placed against a metal surface to create a circular pattern. The desired shape is achieved by precisely controlling the tool's pressure, rotational speed, and contact time.

Etching:  Etching includes chemical etching and dry etching. Metal cards typically use chemical etching to achieve the desired pattern and texture.Chemical etching uses a chemical solution (corrosive) to form a protective film (resist) on the metal surface, then reacts only with the chemical solution to dissolve the exposed portions.
